  • Incorrect Product: If the product you received does not match the listing description or was mistakenly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide the correct product or issue a refund if we cannot rectify the issue.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same design twice, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate purchase within 7 days.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Downloadable Nature of Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for issues related to personal preference or change of mind after purchase.
